KoruWorks Mobile Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to the KoruWorks SMS and Mobile Messaging Program (the “Program”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from KoruWorks LLC, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our SMS marketing and communication services.

By subscribing to our SMS Program, you consent to receive marketing and informational text messages from KoruWorks, including promotional offers, updates, and transactional notifications. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Program Participation & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS Program, you:

  • Expressly consent to receive recurring SMS messages from KoruWorks at the number you provided.
  • Understand that message frequency may vary (e.g., special promotions, product updates, and event notifications).
  • Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s plan.

3. Opting Out & Customer Support

  • You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any KoruWorks text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-subscribe.

4. Fees & Charges

  • KoruWorks does not charge you for SMS messages, but standard carrier fees may apply.
  • You are responsible for any mobile charges incurred based on your wireless provider’s SMS plan.

Your privacy is important to us. By participating in our SMS Program, you acknowledge that we may collect and store your mobile number and interaction data for marketing and customer service purposes.

  • We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We may share your number with trusted third-party service providers who help us deliver SMS messages.
  • Your personal information is stored and protected per our Privacy Policy.

6. Mobile Carrier Disclaimer

  • Mobile carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of SMS messages.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using our SMS Program, you agree NOT to:

  • Use our messages for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
  • Share or distribute SMS messages in an unauthorized manner.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or harms KoruWorks’ services or reputation.

8. Changes to Terms

KoruWorks reserves the right to modify these Mobile Terms of Service at any time. Any updates will be posted at www.koruworks.com. Your continued use of our SMS Program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
