Returns and Exchanges on none freight/ aero items:
KoruWorks aims to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience, but just in case there is a problem, we gladly offer returns and exchanges. If you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original form (unused and without install marks/damage, with packaging) within 7 business days of receiving your order for a full refund, less shipping costs.
If you have decided to return your merchandise any time after 7 days but within 30 days of receiving your item(s), you may send the items back to receive a store credit.
If you have received a damaged item, or if your order was incomplete, please notify us within 3 business days upon receiving the package. We will send you a pre-paid return label and shipping will be on us.
If by any chance you receive an item that is the wrong size, color, or completely different from what you ordered, please notify us immediately so we can arrange an exchange.
All custom invoices cannot be cancelled once paid for.

FREIGHT/SPECIAL ORDER/AERO POLICY:
All aero cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee after the first 7 days from the order date.
KoruWorks is not responsible for any loss or damages that occur during the shipment process. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to start the claims process. If you need assistance filing a claim, please feel free to email us at Sales@KoruWorks.com and we can help you through the process.
**Disclaimer for freight aero: Upon arrival of the item(s) – please fully inspect the package before signing off with the driver. If the package is signed off for and no remarks are made , any attempt to file a claim with the freight company will be denied.**
All Special Order* cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
All special order kits / custom kits cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. If it is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will initiate a claim for you.
*Special Order items include, but aren't limited to: individual body kit pieces (bumpers, skirts), hoods, custom body kits (ie: Origin Lab front bumper, URAS side skirts, PS Duce rear bumper), carbon fiber pieces, extensions or other add-ons (fuel door covers, lips/splitters, canards, etc.), conversion fenders/kits, Pandem/RocketBunny kits, doors, trunks, 2F Performance LCF panels.
*Items that are not special order include: most full kits (there are some exceptions to this based on desirability of the kit ie URAS Type 1 or URAS Type-S), fenders, and non-universal spoilers.

IN-STORE PICK-UP POLICY
If you place an order for any products we have in-store, you have 7 days to pick up your order before your order is subject to be refunded with a 50% restocking fee. This applies to in-stock aero and products, merch, etc.
If you place an aero order and have it delivered to KoruWorks for pick-up, you will have 14 days to pick it up before it is subject to be refunded with a 50% restocking fee.
If you would like to place an order and pick it up at KoruWorks but you know you won't be able to pick it up in the designated time frame, please contact us at sales@koruworks.com or call us at (678) 290-8851 to set up a date and time for pick up. If the agreed upon date comes and you do not show up or contact us, your order is subject to be refunded with a 50% restocking fee.
Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship KoruWorks products anywhere in the world! If you would like to place an order with us and do not reside in the 48 contiguous states, please contact us at sales@koruworks.com and we'll be glad to help you out!
Is FREE SHIPPING good for international orders?
Unfortunately, Free Shipping is only good for the 48 US connected states.
When will you ship my order?
We dispatch orders every week-day. Provided your order is in stock and has been received by 2pm (EST) it should go out the same day.
If there's any delay, we'll let you know ASAP, usually by email.
How long will it take to get my stuff?
Shipping with a courier within the southeastern USA is generally next working day. Central and Western USA and international shiping can vary between 5 and 14 days depending on location.
Can I track my order?
All orders shipped with courier will get online tracking details sent on the day of dispatch.
